Everything you need to own your day

An AI coach that knows your day

Every morning Planingo reads what you planned, what you finished, and how you slept, then tells you where the day is likely to go wrong. Ask it to move things around and it rebuilds the schedule around what still matters.

Daily planning that survives contact with reality

Add tasks, mark what actually matters, and let the planner lay them out across the hours you really have. When a morning collapses, the rest of the day reshuffles instead of leaving you with a list of things you already failed to do.

Habit tracking with streaks that stick

Build the habits you want and wind down the ones you don't. Streaks, XP and milestones make the boring middle of a habit visible, which is the part where most tracking apps quietly stop being used.

Goals broken into steps you can start today

Set a goal worth months of effort, and Planingo splits it into the next concrete step. Focus sessions keep you on one thing at a time, and progress is measured in work done rather than boxes ticked.

Readiness from sleep, steps and HRV

Connect Apple Health and Planingo scores how recovered you are before it plans anything. A night of bad sleep produces a lighter day on purpose — the plan bends to your body instead of pretending every day is the same.

Friends who notice when you stop

Share streaks with a few people who care whether you keep them. Accountability is the difference between a habit that lasts a fortnight and one that lasts a year, and it works better when someone is actually watching.

How Planingo works

1

Tell it what your day holds

Add today's tasks and the goals behind them. No elaborate setup — a handful of things you want to get done is enough to start.

2

Get a plan, not a list

Planingo lays the day out for you, weighted by what matters most and by how recovered you are. You can accept it, or push things around and let it re-fit the rest.

3

Close the day, keep the streak

Check off what you finished, see where the time really went, and bank the streak. Weekly reviews turn seven of those days into something you can learn from.

Questions people ask

What does Planingo actually do?

It plans your day for you. You add tasks and goals, and Planingo arranges them into a realistic schedule, tracks the habits you're building, and adjusts when the day changes. An AI coach reviews how the day went and tells you what to do differently tomorrow.

Is Planingo free?

Planingo is free to download and starts with a free trial. You can cancel any time before it ends. The trial length and current subscription prices are both shown on the App Store listing.

Which devices does Planingo work on?

Planingo runs on iPhone and needs iOS 15 or later. You can also use it in a web browser at planingo.io.

Does it connect to Apple Health or my watch?

Yes. Planingo reads sleep, steps and heart-rate variability from Apple Health to work out how recovered you are, and it plans a lighter day when you need one. It also connects directly to Oura, WHOOP, Fitbit and Polar.

How is this different from a to-do list?

A to-do list tells you what you haven't done. Planingo decides when each thing should happen, moves the rest when something overruns, and factors in how much you actually have in the tank that day. You finish with a plan rather than a backlog.

Do I have to plan every day for it to work?

No. Streaks and habits keep counting whether or not you build a full schedule, and the weekly review still shows you the pattern. The planning is there on the days you want it, not an obligation on the days you don't.
